diji.pet is a pet-care platform that brings pet owners and industry professionals together in one secure digital ecosystem.

What is diji.pet?

diji.pet helps pet owners manage profiles, digital identities, health reminders, and care needs in one place while giving trusted professionals a clear way to offer their services.

The platform is currently in a phased launch period. Core account, pet-profile, digital identity, and Petly experiences are available or being rolled out, while appointment, marketplace, and advanced care modules will launch progressively when ready.

Who operates the platform?

diji.pet is developed and operated by MNG Digital Ltd. Legal responsibility, data-controller obligations, and platform operations are managed under MNG Digital Ltd.

What does it offer pet owners?

  • A separate profile for every pet, including essential identity and care details.
  • A QR-enabled digital pet identity that lets a finder contact the owner securely.
  • Health and care reminders designed around each pet.
  • Progressive access to trainers, groomers, boarding, walkers, pet taxi, and retail services.

What does it offer professionals?

  • A provider application and review process with status tracking.
  • A trusted business profile for presenting services, coverage, and expertise.
  • Future appointment, customer-history, and payment tools in one workspace.

Our approach to trust and operations

Data. We process only the information needed to provide the service, apply data-minimization principles, and do not sell personal data for advertising.

Payments. When paid services are active, payments are handled through licensed providers and card details are not stored by diji.pet.

Social responsibility. We commit 5% of our own net service revenue to authorized organizations supporting animals in need. We do not collect donations from users, and records are published on the Goodness Movement page.
