These terms govern the top-up, use, correction, refund and account-closure processes between the diji.pet Platform operated by MNG Digital Ltd and the account holder using the wallet. The User Agreement applies together with these terms.
The minimum top-up is 100 TL. diji.pet applies no product-level upper limit on a top-up or on the balance. A top-up becomes final only after the payment service provider's success confirmation. Pending, failed or expired payment attempts do not increase the balance.
Every balance change is shown in the wallet activity with its date, amount, direction and support reference. The same payment is never credited twice. An incorrect entry is not hidden by altering the old record; it is resolved with an annotated reversal or correction entry.
If the cardholder's bank starts a chargeback or payment dispute for a top-up, the relevant amount may be deducted from the wallet. If the available balance is insufficient, the wallet may temporarily go to a negative balance and may be frozen until the review is completed. If the dispute is resolved in the user's favour, the amount is credited back with a new correction entry.
In the event of a suspicious transaction, unauthorised access, breach of contract or a financial reconciliation discrepancy, new top-ups and spending may be suspended temporarily. The user continues to see their balance and history; the outcome of the review and any necessary corrections are communicated through the support channel.
An account cannot be deleted outright while there is an available balance, a hold, a pending refund or a payment dispute. The account can be closed once the financial process is complete. Records of financial transactions and contract acceptances are retained for the statutory retention period under access control and, where appropriate, in anonymised form.
