diji.pet is an intermediary platform that brings pet owners and sector professionals together. Services are contracted directly between Users and Service Providers; diji.pet is not a party to that relationship. diji.pet does not guarantee the quality, performance, defect-free nature or timeliness of a Service Provider’s service, although it may offer good-faith mediation support. It acts as an intermediary service provider under Turkish e-commerce legislation and is not required to pre-screen all content.
Membership and core services are free. diji.pet may charge for premium features, subscriptions, the digital wallet and marketplace transactions. Terms for paid services are displayed at the relevant purchase step and, where applicable, in separate agreements. Payments are handled securely by licensed payment institutions; card details are not stored by diji.pet.
All intellectual and industrial property rights in the Platform, including its design, software, logo, brand, domain name and content, belong to MNG Digital Ltd. User Content remains the User’s property, but the User grants diji.pet a non-exclusive licence to host, process and display it as necessary to provide the service.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and related legislation. The purposes, recipients, retention periods and data-subject rights are set out in the Data Protection Notice.
This Agreement remains in force while membership continues. The User may terminate membership through account settings. diji.pet may suspend or close an account for breach of this Agreement, law or Platform rules. Data that must be retained by law remains retained for the applicable period; other data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in line with the data-retention policy. An account cannot be deleted while it has Wallet balance, reservations, pending refunds or payment disputes.
Neither party is responsible for non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, fire, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, infrastructure or internet outages, or public authority decisions. Obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
diji.pet may update this Agreement and its annexes in response to legal changes or service requirements. The current version takes effect when published on the Platform; material changes will be notified through an appropriate channel. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Turkish law governs this Agreement. The parties will first seek a good-faith resolution. If no resolution is reached, Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the applicable monetary limits.
This Agreement consists of 15 articles and takes effect on the date it is accepted electronically by the User. The Turkish text is the governing version in the event of a discrepancy.
