Is the Standart plan really free?
Yes. Every account gets the Standart plan for free when signing up, with no credit card required.
Is payment secure?
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. Your bank may request 3D Secure based on its risk assessment. diji.pet never stores your card details; you enter them directly on the payment provider's secure page.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel anytime under Dashboard > Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and access continues until then.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices include VAT. The payment step shows the net amount and 20% VAT separately.
What is the benefit of annual billing?
Annual billing gives you roughly two months on us, creating meaningful savings over monthly payments.
