Distance Sales Agreement

This Agreement governs the electronic sale and performance of diji.pet digital subscriptions between the Seller and the Buyer under Turkish consumer and distance-contract legislation.

BUYER: the consumer purchasing the service, whose identity, contact and billing information is recorded during the order. Information entered at order confirmation forms an integral part of this Agreement.

Article 2 — Subject

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in the electronic purchase and performance by the Buyer of the diji.pet digital subscription service (Basic / Elite / Elite Plus plans). The service is wholly electronic and does not involve delivery of a physical product.

Article 3 — Main Characteristics

The plan name, feature list, monthly or annual term and automatic-renewal information appear in the order summary and the Pre-Information Form. Plan features are described on the Plans page.

Article 4 — Price, Taxes and Payment

  • The service fee is displayed as a VAT-inclusive total, with the tax base and 20% VAT shown separately.
  • There is no additional charge beyond VAT and no shipping or delivery charge.
  • Payment is collected by credit or debit card through the contracted payment institution’s virtual POS. 3D Secure may be required; card data is not retained by the Seller.
  • Subscription fees are collected at the start of each selected term and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Article 5 — Method and Timing of Performance

The service is activated in the Buyer’s account electronically and immediately after successful payment approval. There is no physical delivery or delivery cost. Details appear in Delivery and Performance.

Article 6 — Withdrawal and Its Exception

Under Article 15/1(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no withdrawal right for non-tangible digital content or services performed instantly in electronic form with the consumer’s consent. The Buyer expressly requests immediate performance at checkout and accepts that the 14-day withdrawal right ends for this service. Where that exception does not apply, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right is reserved.

Article 7 — Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

The Buyer may cancel at any time through Dashboard > Subscription or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then; automatic renewal stops.

Article 8 — Consumer Complaints

The Buyer may submit complaints and objections to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of purchase or residence, within the monetary limits set annually by the competent authority.

Article 9 — Effective Date and Electronic Acceptance

This Agreement takes effect when the Buyer reads and accepts it electronically and confirms the order. A copy is emailed to the Buyer and remains accessible in the account. Personal-data processing is explained in the Data Protection Notice and Privacy Policy.
