One tag per pet profile is included with the Elite and Elite Plus plans; it is not currently available with the Standart and Basic plans.

03 · Even if the QR is damaged
Plan B is printed on the tag: the short address.
The tag also carries the short diji.pet/sh/… address. If the QR cannot be scanned, the finder simply types the address into a browser and the profile still opens. And if the tag is damaged within the first year, we replace it once for free.

How do I get a tag?
One tag per pet profile is included with the Elite and Elite Plus plans, including delivery. The tag is not currently available with the Standart and Basic plans.
Will my information be public?
No. A normal scan shows only your pet’s basic identity summary: name, species, age, and photo. Contact and emergency health details appear only when you turn on lost mode. Even then, you can keep your number private and allow messages only.
Does it fit every collar?
Yes. The stainless-steel ring in the box fits standard collars and harnesses.
Will the QR wear off over time?
The print is sealed under the epoxy dome and protected from water, sunlight, and scratches. If anything happens, the short address on the tag still works. And if the tag is damaged within the first year, one replacement is free.
How does the free replacement work?
If the tag is damaged, becomes unreadable, or is lost within one year of its delivery date, we replace it once free of charge, shipping included. The plan that includes the tag must be active when you make the request, and deliberate damage or extreme use is not covered. The new tag is produced for the same profile, so the QR and short address stay the same. Send your request through the support centre.
