Pet Passport and QR ID
Your pet's public profile and collar QR code help a finder reach you with a single scan if your pet goes missing.

Every pet has a Pet Passport: a simple public profile that can show the information you choose. Its QR ID can be printed on a tag, collar, or carrier.
Manage the QR ID
- Open your pet profile and choose QR ID.
- Download or print the code and add it to a tag, collar, or carrier.
- Each scan opens the current public profile, so you do not need to print a new code when profile information changes.
Lost mode
When your pet is missing, turn on lost mode. The public profile shows an alert, and a finder can send a location and note through the page.
