Change or reset your password
- Open Account settings → Change password to update an existing password.
- If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password and continue with an email link or SMS code.
- Reset links are single-use and may expire; request a new one if needed.
Security checklist
- Use a strong password that is not reused on other websites.
- Verify both your email address and phone number so recovery options stay available.
- Sign out on shared devices. diji.pet will never ask for your password in a message.
