Cats are indifferent to almonds; the risk usually comes from swallowing one while playing with it on the floor. A whole almond is large for a cat's esophagus. The fat brings vomiting, diarrhea, and pancreatitis risk, and salted or chocolate-coated products are outright toxic.
Almond milk, even unsweetened, is unnecessary for a cat; being lactose-free does not make it a cat drink. A cat's drink is water.
