Cancel a subscription and understand refunds
A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access for the time you have paid for.

Cancel a subscription
- Open My subscription in the dashboard and choose Cancel.
- The cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current period; access is not cut off early.
- Before the period ends, you can keep the subscription with one action.
Refund and withdrawal terms are explained in the applicable agreements shown during checkout. For an unexpected charge, open a support request with the date and amount from your card statement.
