How the wallet works

Add balance by card, use it for eligible platform purchases, and request refunds for qualifying unused balance back to the original card.

The wallet is a prepaid balance area for diji.pet purchases. You can view your balance, check activity, and add money by card.

Adding money and refunds

Top-ups use a credit or debit card; bank transfer and automatic top-up are not supported.
Each top-up needs your approval and is shown in the activity history.
Eligible unused balance is returned only to the card used for the top-up. Card timing depends on the payment provider.

If you need help with an activity, open a support request and include its transaction reference.

Start with free Standart and move up to Basic, Elite, or Elite Plus whenever your pets and needs grow.

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access for the time you have paid for.

When an eligible friend joins through your invitation link, one month is added to your subscription—up to six months in a year.
