Offer boiled egg crumbled or mashed; yolk or white makes no difference as long as it is fully cooked and plain. For an obligate carnivore, egg is a fitting protein complement — but it does not replace cat food; a few small portions a week are enough.
Raw egg can carry salmonella, and avidin in raw whites blocks biotin absorption — the rule is the same for cats: cooked is safe, raw is not. Do not share buttery, salty omelets or fried-egg leftovers.
