Yogurt is the dairy product cats handle best compared to milk, though the lactose never fully disappears. Start with half a teaspoon and watch the litter box for 24 hours. If all is well, an occasional teaspoon or two of plain yogurt makes a fine micro-treat; some cats also accept medication powder mixed into it.
Fruit, honey, and sweetened yogurts are loaded with sugar and additives, and the sweeteners in "light" products are not cat-appropriate either. Creamy dessert yogurts are not for cats.
